When you get a deed in River Ranch Acres Camping Section the land is yours, you own it!

You will have to pay the yearly property taxes less than $20 a year. 

You will also still have to pay your membership to the RRPOA evey year to get into to River Ranch.
 
When you get your deed in hand you can then go to the RRPOA main gate entrance to start your yearly membership (cost $145).

The property was split in half since the survey was done.

If you want to get pins on property corners across the trail a new survey will be needed.

During the February 2018 General Meeting additional no guest dates have been added to current no guest dates. 

The additional no guest dates added were the 1st weekend of the month, Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. 

These are in addition to current no guest dates and will start in April. 

The tentative schedule is below, hunting dates have not been posted for 2018 - 2019 and once they have been posted we will update the no guest dates.
